Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Six months in a shift management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other controllable costs per company guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service, and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for all shifts and scheduling requirements.
• Hire, train, and appraise crew, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and safety standards.
• Address guest complaints to promote repeat business and guest satisfaction.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily call procedure and weekly meetings.
