McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a General Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will lead operations to meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick service, hospitality or retail, and are 18+ years old. This is a fast-paced role with coaching, scheduling, and staff development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• Experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, coach and direct to improve performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership.
