Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business by leading all restaurant operations from opening to closing.
• Build and inspire a Rockstar team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Manage the numbers: labor, inventory, food cost, and budgets; analyze reports and hit targets.
• Own the schedule by creating staffing plans aligned with peak times and labor goals.
• Deliver guest satisfaction by setting the hospitality tone and turning first-timers into regulars.
• Keep it clean and compliant by enforcing safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Lead with purpose by modeling energy, integrity, and excellence.
