Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ashdown, Arkansas to support daily restaurant operations and work closely with the General Manager. This hands-on leadership role involves coaching crew, ensuring quality and fast service, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality food, prompt service, and a clean environment.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling and coaching team members.
• Create a welcoming guest experience and address concerns professionally.
• Assist with inventory counts, supply orders, and cost control.
• Assist GM in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and labor goals.
• Ensure food safety standards and health codes are followed.
