Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Omaha, NE. The GM will oversee daily operations for a single restaurant (10-45 staff) to drive guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and employee development.

You’ll lead the management team, ensure financial controls, and supervise shifts and compliance under a District Manager. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred) and 1–2 years of restaurant management, with internal certifications to complete.

Responsibilities

• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Coordinate with DM and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
