Tropical Smoothie Café Mayfield Heights is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our busy team. This full-time role focuses on daily operations, customer service excellence, and a positive, energetic store culture. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, training, and safety standards while supporting growth and development opportunities within a growing Northeast Ohio brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant or leadership experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the café team.
• Help manage daily operations and keep the café running smoothly.
• Provide friendly, excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards.
