Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Willoughby, OH location. This full-time role leads daily operations, delivers outstanding guest experiences, and drives team performance in a fast-paced café.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and training while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership in food service, a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
