Marco’s Pizza, a Hoogland Restaurant Group brand, is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at a Knoxville location. You will recruit and train staff, maintain product quality and service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to the company’s customer-first philosophy. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reporting to the home office, while ensuring a world-class operation and a safe, welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people is desired.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to a full-time management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to deliver outstanding product quality and service.
• Drive sales, control costs, and ensure restaurant KPIs are met.
• Plan leadership team meetings and manage inventory and scheduling.
