Marco's Pizza in Hixson, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, and coordinate weekly leadership meetings, inventory, and store operations. Relocation to support expansion is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Drive sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews; report to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Shift Leads.
• Maintain inventory and end-of-period inventories; manage ordering and par levels.
• Drive store KPIs and implement action plans for growth and improvement.
