Marco's Pizza in the United States is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring top-tier product quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You will drive sales, manage costs, and oversee inventory, scheduling, and payroll to maintain a world-class operation.

The role requires relocation flexibility to support expansion and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience is required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop people to ensure outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with assistants and trainees.
• Ensure inventory par levels, ordering system, and weekly/end-of-period inventories.
• Create store action plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Monitor KPIs and drive goals to sustain performance.
