Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a General Manager to lead a Marco’s Pizza store in Hendersonville, NC. You will develop people, ensure top product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will recruit and train staff, manage HR tasks like scheduling, payroll, benefits, and report KPIs to the home office. Expect up to 50 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and store operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper par levels.
• Maintain store exterior and security procedures for deposits and safekeeping.
