Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Marco's Pizza location. You will lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality pizza and customer service, while driving sales and controlling costs.

Relocation is welcomed to support the company’s expansion, with accountability for store KPIs and operations. The role involves staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring standards across product, service speed, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Create store action plans and marketing to improve the business.
• Manage weekly KPIs and ensure security and deposits procedures are followed.
