Golden Gate Bell, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a Taco Bell restaurant with a focus on profitability, customer experience and staff development. You will mentor a team, drive operations, control costs and ensure adherence to company standards.

The GM will recruit, train, and coach staff, uphold safety and quality, and communicate with Area Coaches and Directors to drive growth and a positive restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, speak and write in English.

Responsibilities
