Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead a Taco Bell restaurant with a focus on people development, world-class service and profitability. This non-exempt role reports to the Area Coach and aims to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and cost control.

The GM will drive recruitment, training and culture, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, safely and efficiently across shifts, with a strong emphasis on team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
