Job summary

Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food safety, and drive profitability. This full-time role requires open availability, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor the team.

The General Manager will lead staff, manage schedules, uphold company standards, and execute marketing plans while maintaining compliance with local laws and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv Safe training certificate preferred.
• Prior experience with a POS system is required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee food safety, quality control, and adherence to policies.
• Manage labor costs with accurate sales projections and scheduling.
