Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. You will lead the team to ensure food safety, quality, and adherence to policies while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires open availability, strong accountability, and the ability to mentor staff. You will lead during peak hours and set clear goals with timelines for performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings and communicate changes.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance with laws and company rules.
• Report and resolve any issues or misconduct with district leadership.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment.
