Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of GM experience in QSR, a relevant advanced degree preferred, and the ability to work varied shifts. Leadership, decisiveness, and a growth mindset are essential assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Management experience in QSR industry required.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to work opening hours including Sundays and variable shifts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).
