KBP Brands, operating Arby’s locations nationwide, invites an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand standards in a high-volume environment in Safford, AZ.

This role requires at least 1 year in a GM position in quick-service with P&L responsibility. You will recruit, train, and develop Team Members and shift leaders while ensuring a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in quick-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to deliver operational excellence and a quality guest experience.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
