You will hire, develop and coach the team, drive sales and ensure exceptional hospitality and speed of service. This role covers scheduling, budgeting, and compliance to deliver a strong financial performance.

You will oversee training, implement Chipotle standards, and cultivate a culture focused on quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop team members.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, P&L and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a guest-first mindset.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and hospitality standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Train crew members and shift leaders using Chipotle training tools.
• Direct teams to deliver accurate and timely digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and compliance with safety standards.
• Drive the restaurant toward annual sales and cash flow goals.
• Work lunch, dinner and weekend shifts to cover all hours.
