The role requires restaurant management experience and a passion for hospitality, with responsibility across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices, utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Direct our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Be accountable for day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Be accountable for overall financial success, achieving annual sales and cash flow plans.
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across all hours.
