Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. You will hire and develop people, build a winning culture, and run a strong business with guest-obsessed hospitality.

You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, schedule staff, handle P&L, forecast sales, ensure food safety, and maintain a clean, high-service dining room. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience in restaurant management including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest-obsessed experience.
• Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management.
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle training tools.
• Lead our team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and staffing.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Accountable for overall financial success including annual sales and cash flow targets.
• Work schedule includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across all hours.
