Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a General Manager to oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club community. You will lead a team of managers and hourly staff, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences while driving Wine Club growth.

You will manage dining and retail operations, coach leaders, and leverage POS and scheduling tools to stay organized; strong communication and financial acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and ability to coach teams to hit targets.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Preferred ServSafe certification and state/local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations (kitchen, FOH, retail/tasting room, Wine Club).
• Lead management and hourly teams as a role model of Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Utilize POS, scheduling, inventory systems and MS Office to stay organized.
• Ensure service quality and uphold food, service and facility standards.
• Drive monthly sales, profit targets and Wine Club goals.
