You will develop staff, manage operations, and ensure profitability through effective leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with delegation.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow while controlling labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and develop plans.
• Maintain harmonious relationships; coach, counsel, and discipline as needed.
• Conduct meetings on operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet standards.
• Keep reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures and maintenance.
• Handle cash; ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
