Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility is required, with quick service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
