Qualifications

• FOH management experience required (3–5 years).
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Experience with budgeting, cost controls and financial planning.
• Familiarity with POS and reservation software.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and SOPs.
• Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the restaurant and make FOH decisions.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and control costs.
• Manage food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Deliver revenue and profit targets by managing FOH staff.
• Maintain guest and employee satisfaction and improve company image.
• Develop and implement SOPs and training programs.
• Coordinate banquet events.
