Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant in Canton, IL. You will oversee operations, lead Team Members, and ensure hospitality and integrity in every guest interaction.

The GM reports to the District Manager and drives performance in line with the company values: People, Hospitality, and Integrity. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, execute marketing plans, manage P&L, and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu boards.
• Train Team Members through effective programs to perform duties.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment via approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of restaurant operations and tech.
• Supervise staff per operations standards."
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to perform at high levels.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and raise questions with the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
