Job summary

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is seeking a General Manager to direct all activities at the location and drive operational excellence while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a safe, clean workplace. The role includes recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling, and cost management to uphold brand standards.

The candidate should have a proven restaurant management background, be at least 21, and preferably have hospitality supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age with proven track record of success as a restaurant manager.
• Experience in supervisory/hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent for the shop.
• Coach, develop and motivate team per Capriotti's training standards.
• Prepare schedules focusing on operational excellence and cost control.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and maintenance to Capriotti's standards.
• Deliver CAPtivating Service and resolve guest issues effectively.
