Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and labor.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team through recruitment, coaching, and building a positive, motivated culture.
• Oversee operational excellence: food quality, safety, service, and sanitation, with accurate financial reporting.
• Drive guest experience by delivering hospitality and suggesting upsells to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor labor and food costs, analyze performance metrics, and support local marketing and community engagement.
• Communicate professionally with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership; foster accountability and teamwork.
