Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, build a high‑performing team, and uphold Capriotti’s standards for hospitality and food quality.

The GM will manage staff development, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and financial performance while driving adherence to brand culture and CAPtivating Service. Previous fast‑casual leadership experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual, quick service, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
