Job summary

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a location, driving operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience in a safe, clean work environment for the team.

You will recruit and develop staff, schedule to optimize guest satisfaction and costs, maintain product quality, manage budgets, and drive brand initiatives. The role requires a proven restaurant management track record and a minimum 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age and proven track record as a restaurant manager.
• Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads teams by recruiting, hiring, training and retaining talent.
• Coaches and develops team members to meet Capriotti's training standards and growth goals.
• Prepares team schedules with focus on operational excellence and cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Models Capriotti's service culture and resolves guest issues regarding product quality or service.
