Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules focused on guest experience and cost control.
• Oversee food preparation to Capriotti’s specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits and financial controls.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and other operating costs.
• Promote brand standards and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Deliver CAPtivating Service to guests and drive sales through suggestive selling.
