Job summary

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Gambrills, MD is seeking a General Manager to direct all activities of the location and achieve operational excellence while providing guests an exceptional experience in a safe, clean environment. You will recruit, train, and lead the team, manage schedules and costs, and uphold Capriotti's CAPtivating Service standard.

The role requires a proven restaurant management track record, high school or equivalent education, and at least 21 years of age.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalency is required.
• College coursework or degree is preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proven track record of success as a restaurant manager.

Responsibilities

• Builds teams by proactively recruiting, hiring, training and retaining the best in the available talent pool.
• Coaches, develops and motivates team members following Capriotti's training standards; addresses development needs.
• Prepares team schedules with a focus on operational excellence and cost management while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Role models standards and maintains Capriotti's culture for delivering CAPtivating Service to Guests and resolves guest issues.
