McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in a high-paced environment. You will oversee food production, guest experience, and direct supervision of crew and management teams, while driving safety, quality and profitability.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, performance management and ensuring adherence to standards of excellence in a fast-food setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, motivating and/or developing others (1+ years) or US Military service.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
• Strong focus on excellence and safety in the workplace.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant operations, managing food production, guest service and crew/manager work.
• Plan for success by proactively leading People processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and performance.
• Ensure inventory planning, budgeting and food ordering costs are in line with standards and cost controls.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and guest/employee safety and drive operational excellence.
