Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including food production, guest service, and team leadership. You’ll drive hiring, onboarding, staffing, training, and performance management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage inventory and budgeting decisions, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and maintain high safety standards for guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
