Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, and team supervision. You will drive staffing, onboarding, and performance management while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team).
• 1 year of experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; and
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: manage all restaurant aspects incl. food production and guest service; direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: lead People processes incl. recruiting, hiring and onboarding; staffing; performance management.
• Train, coach and motivate staff.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
• Oversee all operational needs to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
