Job summary

Popeyes (Aby Groups) is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to brand standards. You will oversee product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, and team management while guaranteeing high quality service.

This role requires strong communication and leadership with accountability for financial results. Candidates should have Popeyes managerial experience or GM experience in another concept, and be proficient in interpreting P&L

Qualifications

• Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept or by recommendation from Area Manager.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate and analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proven leadership abilities and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to interpret Profit and Loss statements and use a computer for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operations including product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing, recruiting, and retention of team members, plus financial accountability.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by leadership.

Job description

The General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurants. The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for:

• Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
• Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
• Other duties as required or assigned

Individual must have minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept or be recommended by his/her current Area Manager. The individual must have effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to calculate and analyze data, display effective leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with all levels. Must be able to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
