• Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, retention, and financial accountability
• Delivering high-quality products and services to customers
• Performing other duties as required or assigned

Candidates must have a minimum of six months of Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience in another concept, or be recommended by their current Area Manager. Effective communication skills, data analysis ability, leadership skills, and computer literacy are required. Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements is also necessary.
