Job summary

Georgia Foods is seeking a results-driven General Manager for one of our Bojangles restaurants. This leadership role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving store objectives in Rustburg, VA.

You will oversee operations, labor, inventory, and safety compliance while driving local marketing initiatives and community engagement. Strong communication and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years restaurant or food service management experience required.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Financial acumen with budgeting experience and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of shift leaders and crew members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage labor, inventory, food cost, and sales performance.
• Execute marketing initiatives and community engagement to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
