Georgia Foods is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a Bojangles restaurant in Mayodan, NC. This leadership role focuses on operations, staff development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a track record of maintaining high food-safety standards while achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant or food service management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a strong, engaged team of shift leaders and crew members.
• Ensure all local, state, and federal food safety regulations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and manage daily operations, including labor, inventory, food cost, and sales performance.
• Execute marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness and guest loyalty.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, reinforcing a positive experience.
• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team growth.
