Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic business math and analytical abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop employees and conduct new hire orientation.
• Develop training plans for each new hire and manage the training program.
• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
