You will recruit, train, and empower a high-performing staff, coach leaders, and drive exceptional service while managing costs and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Strong track record in people management.
• Experience recruiting and training staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with CHAMPS standards, service quality, and turnover reduction.
• Adherence to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance while fostering equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and implement profitability strategies.
