The role emphasizes developing managers and Team Members, maintaining a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Expect a demanding 50-hour week with eligible overtime compensation.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans, mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and coach against CHAMPS standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings for successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability.
