Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experience in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and maintain top product and service quality.
• Recruit, onboard, and orientate Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong, prepared team.
• Develop a training plan and mentor managers and trainers, ensuring execution of development initiatives.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate staff.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach the management team on standards; lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability while preserving customer experience.
