Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top team members and shift leads.
• Develop training plans and mentor managers and trainers.
• Recognize performance and foster equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and drive product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
