Taco Bell seeks a General Manager (GM) to mentor and lead a restaurant team, driving profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

The GM role emphasizes culture, compliance, and collaboration with Area Coach and Director of Operations, with a focus on development and long-term restaurant success.

Formación

• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and an acceptable MVR.

• Mentor and develop a high-potential restaurant team.
• Drive world-class operations with exceptional customer service and strong financials.
• Maintain profitability and cost controls to maximize results.
• Lead decisions and liaise between staff and upper management with an open-door policy.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Uphold DRG culture, inclusivity, and a fun, respectful atmosphere.
• Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures and local regulations.
