Domino's in Houston is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single store. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, ensure food safety, drive profitability, and maintain an inclusive, engaged team environment.

The role requires at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost awareness, and the ability to recruit, develop and retain employees while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees; ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
