Job summary

Domino's is seeking a General Manager for a corporate store location 06652 in Houston. You will oversee daily operations, provide leadership, ensure food safety, profitability, and an inclusive environment while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost management, staff recruiting and development, and proficiency with store technology (POS/ATS). Spanish speaking preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
• Spanish speaking preferred.
