You’ll begin with an 8-week, self-directed training program spanning dining room to kitchen, followed by taking on key leadership responsibilities to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

You'll mentor staff, manage inventory, participate in hiring and staff development, and work with other managers to ensure flawless daily operations.
