The role requires strong leadership, a focus on metrics, and the ability to coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, recruit, train, and develop staff to sustain a high-performing culture.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective labor, inventory and guest experience management.
• Develop the team with training and on-floor presence; motivate for goals.
• Maintain GPS standards, audits, and adherence to brand directives.
• Monitor budgets and prime costs; manage orders, inventory and waste.
• Address guest concerns to recover and build loyalty.
• Work hours include some evenings and weekends; adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Track KPIs and submit weekly progress reports.
