Qualifications

• Experience leading guest service and teams in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to read financial statements, sales reports, and performance data.
• Aptitude for coaching, teamwork, and staff development in a diverse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management in a multi-priority role.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Experience with inventory, scheduling, spreadsheets, and P&L awareness is preferred.
